The New Springs Landcare Group brings together folks who are passionate about the land. They share knowledge, team up on projects, and get involved in activities that make a real difference to the local environment. It’s a great way to connect with like-minded people who care about conservation in the Mt Torrens area.
New Springs Landcare membership provides benefits for those interested in environmental conservation and sustainability. The group focuses on protecting native flora and fauna while enhancing habitat throughout the Upper Torrens region.
Membership is open to anyone with connections to the Mt Torrens area who has an interest in environmental protection. This includes primary producers, hobby farmers, students, and supporters of conservation initiatives.
Members regularly engage in practical activities including working bees and planting days. The Landcare community also hosts meetings where members can share ideas about sustainability projects.
Annual membership costs $10 per person for the financial year.
